Tequila Gran Casalá Blanco is a handcrafted, additive-free tequila made from 100% Blue Weber Agave. We select only mature 6 to 8-year agaves from our own orchards and slow-cook them with pure steam in traditional volcanic stone ovens. Fermentation is completely natural, using only kosher-certified Azteca yeast with no chemicals or accelerators. The result is a clean, authentic Blanco that captures true artisanal purity.

Tequila Gran Casalá Reposado is an additive-free, premium 100% Blue Weber Agave tequila produced at our semi-artisanal distillery. We use carefully selected 6 to 8-year agaves from our orchards, slow-cooked in traditional masonry ovens using gentle steam. The tequila is then rested for 6 months in American oak barrels, giving it a refined color, smooth character, and balanced flavor profile. A standout Reposado recognized for quality both nationally and internationally.
